My remote control is not working.
- Replace the battery (CR2032) with a FRESH new battery.
- Remote may need to be paired (refer to the user manual for pairing instructions).
- Press and hold both the Brightness “+” and “volume plus speaker-icon” buttons on the unit for 6 seconds together. The LCD will display “PAIr”.
- Press any button on the remote within 1 minute. After pairing successfully, your remote control should be able to operate the unit.
