What products are compatible with AUX-input?
The Aux input 3.5mm - 1/8 inch is compatible with any analog-audio device outputting audio from a headphone or line-out jack connector.

What’s the warranty period for this product?

What is the best way to stand the Sound Flask?
The product is equipped with small rubber feet on the concave side of its cabinet. We recommend that the Sound Flask be displayed on its rubber feet in a horizontal position for maximum stability.

Why does the power turn ON automatically when the unit is continuously connected and disconnected from a power source?
Please wait about 5 seconds before reconnecting the unit to a power source. It will allow the capacitor to completely discharge and prevent it from automatically powering ON the unit when reconnected.

Why is the Reverse (REV) or Forward (FWD) function not working?
Pressing multiple buttons in succession may cause the function to lock up. Press and hold the Reverse (REV) or Forward (FWD) buttons for more than 1 second to unlock the function.

I have the speaker connected via Bluetooth to my PC / Mac. However, I cannot hear any sound coming through the speaker?
Make sure that you have selected this unit as your “playback” device on your PC or Mac.
Windows 7/8/10: a. Right click on the speaker icon located on the bottom right of your screen b. Select playback devices c. Select the device you want to play and click OK.
Mac: a. Click on System preferences icon b. Click on Sound c. Select Output d. Select “iHome unit stereo” for the output source, and adjust the output volume if necessary.
