    • What’s the warranty period for this product?

      Limited 1 Year Warranty: iHome Products, a division of SDI Technologies Inc. (hereafter referred to as SDI Technologies), warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 Year from the date of original purchase.

    • How to Set the Clock?

      1. Press and hold the (Time Set) Button located on back of the unit for 2 seconds until the clock display flashes and a beep sounds.

      2. To switch the clock display between standard 12 hour time and 24 hour (“military”) time display, press the (Alarm 1 or 2) Button while the display is flashing during clock setting.

      3. Press the (+ or -) Buttons to adjust the clock to the current time. Make sure you set the correct AM/PM time. “P” for PM indicator appears to the left of the display; there is no AM indicator.

      4. Press the (Time Set) Button to confirm the time. The YEAR will flash on the display.

      5. Press the (+ or -) Buttons to adjust to the current YEAR.

      6. Press the (Time Set) Button to confirm the YEAR. The MONTH will flash on the display.

      7. Press the (+ or -) Buttons to adjust to the current MONTH.

      8. Press the (Time Set) Button to confirm the MONTH. The DAY will flash on the display.

      9. Press the (+ or -) Buttons to adjust to the current DAY.

      10. Press the (Time Set) Button to confirm the DAY and exit clock settings. 2 beeps will confirm clock setting is complete.

    • How to arm or disarm my alarm?

      • Press the Alarm Button twice to either arm or disarm the alarm.

    • Would I lose the time and alarm settings if I replace the backup batteries?

      NO, but make sure the AC adapter is connected. Otherwise, all settings may be lost during battery replacement.

    • The display is too dark?

      Try pressing the Snooze/Dimmer Button on top of the unit repeatedly to adjust the LED brightness.

    • What is the Bluetooth wireless range for audio streaming?

      The Bluetooth wireless range is approximately 33 feet.
