  • How many preset sounds does this model offer?

    • 6 sleep sounds - Air, Focus, Quiet, Drive, Shush, and Meditation.
    • 4 lullaby sounds - Brahms, Silent Night, Twinkle, and Morning Light.
    • 4 nature sounds - Ocean, Storm, Nature, River, and OFF.

  • How many preset Light modes does this model offer?

    This model offers 6 different light modes.

    • Rest - Red light mode for falling asleep
    • Glow - Rainbow spectrum slow fade
    • One color - Pick your favorite color
    • Sun light - Gradual sunrise wake
    • Candle - Warm calming mood lighting
    • Off – no light

• Remotes

  • My remote control is not working.

    • Replace the battery (CR2032) with a FRESH new battery.
    • Remote may need to be paired (refer to the user manual for pairing instructions).
    • Press and hold both the Brightness “+” and “volume plus speaker-icon” buttons on the unit for 6 seconds together. The LCD will display “PAIr”.
    • Press any button on the remote within 1 minute. After pairing successfully, your remote control should be able to operate the unit.

  • What is the remote control operational range?

    The remote control uses RF (Radio Frequency) that goes through walls, it works basically from anywhere within your house, approximately 100ft.

    Limited 1 Year Warranty:

    iHome Products, a division of SDI Technologies Inc. (hereafter referred to as SDI Technologies), warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 Year from the date of original purchase.

  • How to save the preset?

    1. Press and release the LIGHT button (located on top) and select the desired LIGHT mode.
    2. Press and release the MUSIC button (located on top) and select the desired MUSIC mode.
    3. Select the volume level you want (located at the bottom, it has the speaker icon).
    4. Touch and hold the “Silver elongated button” to save current settings as a new preset (voice prompt will say "Preset saved").
    5. Tap the "Silver Bar" to turn on/off a saved Light and Sound Mode.

    NOTE: You can save ONE preset time. You can also press the "preset button" on the remote to activate your preset.
