Unit doesn’t respond

If the unit appears to be “frozen” or locked up, you may need to reset it. To do so, press and hold the Volume Down and Volume Up Buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.

  • A red light on the front of the unit will flash rapidly to indicate the unit has been reset.
  • Once reset, all previous settings are erased and you will need to adjust them and re-pair with your Bluetooth devices.
